UK

All orders being delivered to a UK  will be delivered by Hermes, fully tracked between the hours of 9am - 6pm, Monday - Saturday. Please ensure someone is available to receive your delivery. All orders before 1pm will be sent out the same day.

UK Mainland shipping usually takes a maximum of  working days, please refer to your chosen delivery method.

International shipping

USA & Canada shipping usually takes a maximum of 21 working days, please note your shipping cost may not cover local taxes and custom duty fees.

EU shipping normally takes around 5-7 working days and may not cover local taxes and custom duty.

In order to receive your order as soon as possible, items may be shipped and delivered separately.

For international orders, please complete address details at check-out to receive an accurate shipping cost. This shipping cost does not include any local taxes or import fees that may occur due to local laws. Please ensure someone is available to sign for your delivery, no delivery will be made without a signature.

COVID 19

Due to the ongoing pandemic and the implementation of working restrictions delivery times may be delayed. We are currently experiencing delays of up to 10 working days, if you are concerned for the delivery of your order please contact us immediately for support. Your refund period will be delayed and start from date of delivery, not date of order.
